Wilderness Walks

You are invited to join us on a gentle 2 mile hike in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area.
It is a guided time of silence, solitude, and simplicity; Scripture and reflection; and restoration and rest.

Wilderness Walks!

Are you interested in encountering Christ in the wilderness right here in the Twin Cities?

Would you rather walk on a wood chip path instead of a rocky river and under a fallen red pine?

Would you like to experience God’s Word, wilderness, and wholeness a bit closer to home?

Is a 6-day Boundary Waters trip not for you, but a you would enjoy a 2-hour gentle hike?

Have you been on a Waters of Rest BW trip and miss trail Bible study or time in God’s creation?

Wilderness Walk Participant

“The walk felt like a reset as far as being present and away from distracting technology. I felt more connected to God, to the others in our group, to nature, and to my own heart because of this set apart time.”

Wilderness Walk Participant

“Our walk awakened us to the glory of God at work in creation on a gray January day. Where I expected grayscale in the fog, I found vibrant colors. I expected to be cold, and instead I found the warmth of friendship. I felt myself waking up and coming to life in the company of creation and friends.”
